Opening my own successful cafes and wellness boutique, consulting with other like minded brands, and being a contributor to online and brick-and-mortar locations alongside well-known entrepreneurs has given me a balance of operations and creative practices that support the success of an enduring brand. I offer consulting for a select few clients in the health and wellness space.

Developing menus and recipes considering rising food costs and client needs while remaining infused with quality is one of my most loved challenges. I’ve developed menus for cafes, restaurants, meal delivery services, and private events. My food is bright, flavor-balanced, and always mouthwateringly delicious.

Creating a brand that connects to its clients requires an online presence that is alive and stands out in the very saturated wellness market. I believe it is not about how many followers you have, but more about nurturing the dedicated ones that love you! I’ve run social media accounts that have upwards of 25,000 followers that were organically gained. Through creative photoshoots and accessible marketing, I’ve helped my own social media and others grow into successful sales outlets that don’t feel pushy or sterile.
